How can I return or exchange a The Seven product?

We offer an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all orders returned back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.   

For the avoidance of doubt we only offer refunds for internet purchases. For items acquired in store we offer a credit note or exchange.

All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

 

How To Return Your Item(s) 

For UK Customers


For return on UK orders, simply visit  and follow the steps to issue your return.

Please note that we don’t offer free returns.

For International Customers


For International customers you can book in a return with DHL here – . You will get a quote for the cost of the return which will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow seven working days after the return of your item for your refund to be processed.
